Why some videos don't have any subtitles?

As you already know, some videos, I've uploaded don't have any subtitles. It's not me who make subtitles for this videos. I just upload videos and then upload subtitles made by fansubbers such as "FFFansubs". But unfortunately some fansubbers such as "Horrible Subs" don't translate opening or ending theme songs and so, it's impossible for me to upload subtitles for them. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and I'll upload subtitles for those, which don't have subtitles yet, when I found them. Thanks and enjoy! :)
